1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use AFreeCloud services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates local, state, federal, or international law
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk email
• Cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive activities
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Hosting adult content, gambling, or illegal substances
• DDoS attacks or network abuse

2. Resource Usage

Accounts using excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth may be suspended. Fair usage applies to all services.

3. Account Termination

AFreeCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without notice.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your account. AFreeCloud is not liable for user-generated content.

5. No Support, SLA, or Warranty

AFreeCloud provides services on an as-is, best-effort basis with no support, uptime SLA, warranty, or guarantees of any kind.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Email address (for account creation and communication)
• Domain name (for hosting provisioning)
• IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
• Account usage data (for service optimization)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and maintain hosting services
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Send important service notifications
• Improve our platform and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to protect our services.

Your data is stored on our vendor's hardware (NameCrane), and their infrastructure administrators have access necessary to operate the platform.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain multiple backups of your data to ensure availability and recovery in case of data loss. But backups are not guaranteed to be up-to-date or immediately available.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed from our systems; backup copies on vendor infrastructure (NameCrane) follow their retention practices.
